Perfect hotel i dont understand the reviews under 9/10 Good team very professional work very well and with passion huge Soundproof room peacefull Lightspeed Wi-Fi Very comfortable bed decoration from lobby to room and common space very well made modern on every details First class equipment and amneties You can book your eyes closed Nice breakfast served in a very nice room in addition there is a family spirit in this place + some special events on the roof top some evening.

I haven't met a more courteous staff, from the Reception ladies, to the Housekeeping, to the Kitchen staff. They are always ready to help the guests especially us, two bitty elderly ladies 😊. They even assigned a Ground Floor room for us. In terms of location, the hotel is accessible to a mall, church and quite a few restaurants. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and gave us a free upgrade. Breakfast was included in the price and was delicious. Air con worked really well. Reasonably priced mini bar in the room. Lots of outdoor space which was lovely. Cute touch with the nautical themed decorations.

This place didn't pretend to be anything it's not. It was a clean friendly and comfortable hotel with a great bar and restaurant. The staff were really helpful and made us feel right at home. I would stay here again if I was in transit in Dumaguete. Loved it!

We did appreciate the accommodating personnel, the lounge bar and space at the top and small garden area, the nice restaurant room for breakfast, the well-equipped room itself and especially.. the king size bed! 🙂
